CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT/COTA

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Responsible for providing occupational therapy treatment to Home Health patients, following the treatment plan developed by an occupational therapist and the rules and regulations of the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Practice Act. Completes all required documentation relating to treatment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses and Certifications Required
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of North Dakota.

  • Experience Requirements
  • Preferably two years' experience as an occupational therapy assistant.
  • Special Skills or Training Requirements
  • Able to communicate orally with patients.
  • Organize time well to meet job expectations
