Description
The Compensation Analyst supports the HR team in the design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s compensation programs. Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation management, HR analytics, or HR compliance preferred.
- Experience with compensation administration, pay structure development, or FLSA classification.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting compensation data, including market benchmarking, merit, and bonus administration.
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, Equal Pay, ADA) preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS or compensation management systems (Workday, ADP, Paycom, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
