Description

The Compensation Analyst supports the HR team in the design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s compensation programs. This role provides consultative support, market research, benchmarking, and compensation reporting to leaders, while also assisting with HR operations and data processes that impact compensation and benefits administration.

Licenses and Certifications Required
  • None required.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation management, HR analytics, or HR compliance preferred.
  • Experience with compensation administration, pay structure development, or FLSA classification.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting compensation data, including market benchmarking, merit, and bonus administration.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, Equal Pay, ADA) preferred.

Special Skills or Training Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRMS or compensation management systems (Workday, ADP, Paycom, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
