Description
Provides leadership and guidance to promote the highest quality of care possible for the patients. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Nursing department. Establishes goals, objectives, standards of performance, operating policies and procedures, standards and regulations to personnel, patients, medical staff, and public through consultation with Administration. Responsible for various reporting standards including but not limited to trauma registry, quality assurance, safety, and infection control. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing nursing management of patient care within swing bed and ER. Responds to all emergency situations and acts as administration representative in the absence of the Hospital Director.

Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
- ACLS and TNCC certifications required within 6 months.
Educational Requirements
- RN program as evidenced by licensure.
Experience Requirements
- Prefer management experience.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Flexible and able to work with others.
