DIRECTOR CLINICAL INFORMATICS
- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Director of Applications, Clinical Informatics, and Data Reporting will oversee the development, implementation, and management of clinical applications and informatics solutions to support the hospital's clinical and operational goals. This role will ensure seamless integration of Epic, efficiency and regulatory compliance in data reporting processes, while providing insights for quality improvement and patient care enhancement.

- Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration, Computer Science, or 10 years of relevant experience with managing applications and business processes.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in health informatics, clinical applications management, or data reporting, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Management experience in clinical informatics and clinical and revenue cycle training development.
- Proven experience with EHR systems and health information technology projects.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, data analytics, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of population health management and population health analytics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
