Description
The Business Representative-Lead position is a mentoring position for the Business office. The Team Lead will serve as a leader in the area and will be responsible to provide functional guidance, direction and leadership to Business office staff. Responsible for greeting patients, registration, assisting in making appointments, insurance verification, answering phone calls, and collecting payments. This includes but is not limited to collecting accurate and complete demographics in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner by correctly using the computer system. This person is responsible to provide information to all customers, patients and co-workers as appropriate based on current regulation.

- 2 years basic business courses preferred
