- POSITION SUMMARY
- The LPN II Preadmission Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. Participation in performance improvement, in-service, safety and cost management is ongoing. Responsible for pre-operative interviews and pre/post-operative teaching, screening and chart documentation/preparation.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
- BLS certification required within orientation period.
- Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
- Educational Requirements
- LPN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where Degree was received.
- LPN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Experience Requirements
- Hospital experience is preferred, but not required.
