The principle duties of the Maintenance Manager are to supervise Maintenance services of assigned facilities and staff and assist with the work order system of Trinity Health. Manage and assist Maintenance personnel and coordinate activities with other departments to assure work with customers is conducted in resolving problems relating to patient and non-patient care equipment in accordance with policies, procedures, vendors, standards, and practices set by Trinity Health, The Joint Commission, CMS, The State Department of Public Health, and other local, community and governmental agencies. Work with all outside services critical to the operation of patient and non-patient care equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Licenses and Certifications Required
Valid driver's license required
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Requirements
Three years of supervision experience in a similar setting
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Knowledge of State and Local building codes and regulations
Familiar with fire codes to interpret blueprints and analytical reasoning
Familiar with federal, state, and local regulations regarding Employee's Right to Know and hazardous waste
