Description
Supports the Marketing, Foundation and Printing Services Departments in executing marketing and foundation initiatives, events and projects, administrative tasks and promotional activities. Assists the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and the Marketing and Foundation Director and associated teams with coordination, communication and organization of schedules, campaigns and materials.

Licenses and Certifications Required
Educational Requirements
- Prefers coursework or certification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field through a high school, community college, or accredited training program.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative, marketing, or communications experience required.
- Experience supporting a marketing or communications team, including familiarity with digital tools and marketing platforms is preferred.
- Experience using computerized systems for data entry, information storage, and retrieval is required.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email/calendar).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and social media management platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required.
- This position requires regular use ofcomputer and printer, telephone, copy/fax, office software (MS Office, email, and digital marketing tools).
