PRACTICE MANAGER II

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Works collaboratively with assigned providers and other hospital departments, overseeing and developing processes to meet financial, clinical, quality, and other goals for the department and individual providers. Acts as administrative supervisor for Advanced Practice Providers.

    • Licenses and Certifications Required
      • None
    • Educational Requirements
      • BS Degree preferred but not required
    • Experience Requirements
      • 2 years prior experience in healthcare setting
    • Special Skills or Training Requirements
      • Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
      • Strong problem solving skills
      • Experience with healthcare billing and reimbursement preferred but not required
      • Creativity, flexibility and passion about patient care
