Description
The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the provider recruitment team by managing the onboarding process of clinicians joining Trinity Health and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. This position ensures a seamless experience for newly hired providers and supports recruiters in the execution of search and hiring activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Licenses and Certifications Required
Educational Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in healthcare, recruitment, or HR.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
- Experience in physician or healthcare recruitment preferred.
