Assists Clinical Dietitians in the following: working with patients with room service system to obtain menu selections in accordance with the prescribed diet orders; organize menus and tally sheets in daily foodservice operations; assists with clinical duties necessary to provide high quality nutritional care. This position will provide shift supervision in the absence of other management. All areas of clinical work will be coordinate with the CNM. Will demonstrate an understanding of all patient populations served, including cultural and ethnic needs of patients.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Hospital or previous food service experience is desired. Therapeutic diet/MNT knowledge is preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible to changing work environment and ability to function well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
